Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Sponsors: 105.5 WDHA-FM, 95.9 WRAT-FM, 98.3 WMGQ-FM, 98.3 WJRZ-FM, Quick Chek Stores, National Hot Rod Association, Old Bridge Township Raceway Park Inc., hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sponsor”.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes are open to all residents 18 years or older, who live in New Jersey and have a valid Social Security Number and either a New Jersey Driver’s license or valid New Jersey ID.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have performed services within the past six months for 105.5 WDHA, 95.9 WRAT, 98.3 WMGQ-FM, 100.1 WJRZ-FM, Greater Media New Jersey, National Hot Rod Association, Old Bridge Township Raceway Park Inc., Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Quick Chek Stores, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Employees of other radio stations are not eligible.

Mail-in contest runs from May 17, 2010 through June 4, 2010. All mail entries must be postmarked by June 4, 2010 and received by 11:59pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time, on June 7, 2010. Ten (10) mail-in entries will be randomly selected from all eligible mail-in entries received to be qualifiers for a chance to win the Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The ten (10) mail-in qualifiers will be notified on or about June 8, 2010. Up to (5) five separate mail-in entries per person will be accepted.
(2) Visit any participating Quick Chek Store to obtain the “code words” found on the official entry form, and then go to the official contest website at www.racewaypark.com and fill in the required information and “code words” to submit an entry online.
On-line contest runs from May 17, 2010 through June 4, 2010. All entries must be entered on-line at www.racewaypark.com by 11:59pm June 4, 2010. Twenty (20) on-line entries will be randomly selected from all eligible on-line entries received at www.racewaypark.com to be qualifiers for a chance to win the Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The twenty (20) on-line qualifiers will be notified on or about June 8, 2010. Up to (5) five separate on-line entries per person will be accepted.
(3) On-air contest runs from May 17, 2010 through June 4, 2010. The on-air announcers at the participating Greater Media New Jersey stations will solicit callers during this period and the correct caller will be a qualifier. The contest phone number for each station is as follows:

(10) callers to WDHA, (10) callers to WRAT, (5) callers to WMGQ and (5) callers to WJRZ will be selected and announced on-air as qualifiers for a chance to win the Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Online listeners to WDHA and WRAT web streams may experience a reception delay of up to one minute. Listening to the stations’ over-the-air broadcast is the best way to participate in this portion of the contest.

Each of the twenty (20) on-line qualifiers and the ten (10) mail-in qualifiers, and the thirty (30) on-air qualifiers will be invited to join the WDHA and WRAT promotional staffs and/or op-air personalities at the NHRA SuperNationals Races on or about June 13, 2010. Must be present to win. Five (5) finalists will be randomly selected from the sixty (60) total qualifiers on-site on June 13, 2010. The WDHA or WRAT personality will then place five (5) keys with numbers 1 through 5 in a basket. Each of the five (5) finalists will pick one (1) numbered key. The finalist with Number 5 starts first, and each finalist will attempt to start the Harley Davidson in reverse sequential order until there is a winner. The one finalist with the correct key will win the Harley Davidson.

Sponsors are not responsible for mail that is lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, altered, tampered with, or postage-due. Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure or malfunction of any telecommunications system, or for dropped, garbled, incomplete or misdirected phone calls. Calls will only be accepted at the station-specific number listed above.

All information submitted, including names/address of entrants, will be used only for determining the winners of this sweepstakes, and will not be sold or used for any other purpose.

Individuals who have won any prize from WDHA, WRAT, WMGQ or WJRZ within thirty (30) days of entry are not eligible to participate. Contestants may not win more than one time within any contest, other than a qualifier winning the “grand prize”.

Odds of winning are dependent on the number of qualifying entries received. Odds of being a finalist once selected as a qualifier are 1 in 12; odds of being the grand prize winner once selected as a finalist, are 1 in 5.

Qualifier Prizes: (Sixty (60) prizes will be awarded): Pair of NHRA SuperNationals event tickets, date TBD (anticipated to be June 13, 2010). Approximate retail value $80.
Grand Prize: One (1) 2010 Harley-Davidson® FXDB Street Bob® Motorcycle. Approximate retail value $14,000.

Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for registering the motorcycle, paying all related registration and documentation fees, and insuring the motorcycle once he or she takes possession. Winner is also responsible for complying with all applicable DMV rules and regulations regarding operation of the motorcycle.

In the event that the June 13, 2010, appearance or the participation of the WDHA/WRAT promotional staff and/or personality are cancelled, delayed, preempted, or made impossible or impractical for any reason, Sponsor’s only obligation will be to provide the remaining prize elements, which shall be awarded based on a random drawing at a time and place of Sponsor’s choosing.

All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting the actual value of merchandise with an aggregate total value of $600.00 or more.

Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.

By participating in this sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release 105.5 WDHA-FM, 95.9 WRAT-FM, 98.3 WMGQ-FM, 100.1 WJRZ-FM, The Sentinel Publishing Co., Jersey Shore Broadcasting Corporation, Quick Chek Stores, National Hot Rod Association, Old Bridge Township Raceway Park Inc., Harley-Davidson Motor Company Inc. their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

Sponsor undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner’s guest(s). Station is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed.

Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

To claim prize: (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency; (b) winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification; and (c) winner’s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, must sign liability/publicity release, all within the time period specified by Sponsor.

Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
