WMGQ FINLANDIA CHEESE SHORE HOUSE CONTEST RULES

Contest Dates:
Monday, May 17- Friday, May 28, 2010

Prize(s):
No qualifying prizes will be awarded.
A single grand prize will be awarded with a total retail value of $3450.00 including:
• A one week stay at a beach house in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey from August 21, 2010 at 1:00 PM to August 28, 2010 at 10:00 AM, valued at $2200.00. Winner must write a check to Magic 98.3/WMGQ in the amount of $700.00 as a Damage/Cleaning Deposit as outlined in the Tenant Lease Agreement to take possession of the prize. The check will not be cashed unless there is damage to the house caused by the winner or his or her guests. The winner is solely responsible for all damage to the residency and must leave the residency as it was received, thoroughly cleaned. The week at the shore house may not be substituted, switched, or exchanged for cash, under any circumstances. If the winner is unable to use the week stay, the prize will be forfeited. The prize may be awarded to another qualified contestant at the discretion of the management at Magic 98.3, WMGQ.
• A one day Family Fun Day Voucher from Jenkinsons Boardwalk, valued at $200.00.
• A gift card (Visa, Amex or comparable) courtesy of Skylands Community Bank, valued at $200.00.
• A complimentary Deli Platter from Finlandia Cheese valued at $50.00.
• A $100.00 gift certificate to a local grocery store (TBA) courtesy of Finlandia Cheese.
• A $100.00 gas card (TBA) courtesy of Crystal Auto Mall
• A $100.00 gift card to Joe Leone’s in Point Pleasant Beach courtesy of Crystal Auto Mall
• Complimentary use of a Toyota Sienna* courtesy of Crystal Auto Mall for two weeks (14 days) surrounding the contest week. Usage must include the week of August 21-28, 2010, and must be on successive days in conjunction with the contest. Approximate retail value is $500.00
*Toyota Sienna will only be released to a legal US resident 25 years or older. Winner must provide Crystal Auto Mall and Magic 98.3 with proof of insurance from his/her insurance provider as well as a valid New Jersey Driver’s License and a major credit card.
*Winner must make all arrangements to pick up and drop off vehicle at Crystal Auto Mall, Route 22, Green Brook, NJ.

Method of Entry:
In order to qualify for the grand prize, listeners must listen to Magic 98.3 for a specified artist of the day which will air weekdays May 17, 2010 to May 28, 2010. When they hear a song by the specified artist, listeners must call the Magic 98.3 Contest Line at 732-545-8275. The 9th caller will be selected to qualify for the grand prize. A song by the specified “Artist of the Day” will air 3 times during each weekday in the 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM hours.
Specific times to listen for the “Artist of the Day” will be mentioned on air at 7:20 AM each weekday morning during the contest. Magic Music Club Members may log in to their accounts to access this information in advance.
A grand prize winner will be selected at random from among the 30 total qualifiers and announced on air on Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Winner will be notified via phone and/or e-mail.
Odds of Winning:
1in 30, once qualified. Odds of qualifying are based on the number of phone calls received.
