Central Jersey gas prices continue to fall, with regular at its lowest mark since early October, 2009.  It's also down a dollar since the end of July.  Here are the Central Jersey averages, followed by the AAA national average for the week ending December 19th:

     Regular - Central Jersey: $2.31, down 10-cents; National:  $2.48, down 14-cents.
     Mid-grade - Central Jersey:  $2.61, down 9-cents; National:  $2.70, down 14-cents.
     Premium - Central Jersey:  $2.79, down 9-cents; National:  $2.89, down 14-cents.

Local averages are calculated using the prices at ten gas stations in Edison, Franklin, New Brunswick, North Brunswick and South Brunswick.  The national average is calculated by using the AAA's fuel gauge report, which can be found here.
